We have been several times and always enjoyed ourselves, but the last couple times it is starting to go down hill. Very disappointing because my girls love coming here for their birthdays You would think someone willing to pay that price would be walking into a clean and pest free establishment. I paid $609 and some change for a two nights. But now what? I’m stuck trying to do our laundry and having the risk of transferring these critters to my home and beds? I’m very upset. He stated no but they do routine maintenance monthly for precaution due to the amount of traffic they have because of the waterpark and concerts. The maintenance man walked in and looked at our bed (I already had the sheets off) and said the pest control is coming Tuesday. Maintenance was called to our room and they responded very fast. Third time I was in tears because I/we have never dealt with this. I called the front desk and no one answer twice. This morning we woke up with whelps all over us. Thought maybe it was a reaction from the pool or something we ate.
The first night we woke up with some little red spots. WELL this past weekend 11/10/23, we stayed until 11/12, we were in a bunkhouse suite because all other rooms were taken due to a concert. We always get the suite with another room in it. We have been coming to this hotel and staying at the water park for about 3 years now.
